In this episode, we chat with food author Ann Mah about all things choux pastry. Ann is an accomplished author that combines food and storytelling and has a very successful career. 

Choux pastry is great on its own or as a part of a fantastic sweet or savory dish. Add some cheese and you have delicious gougeres or some cream and cover with chocolate sauce and you have profiteroles.
