Today's Fabulously Delicious episode is all about French Bread and who better to discuss this with than Katie Quinn author of Cheese, Wine, and Bread, discovering the magic of fermentation in England, Italy, and France.  

Katie's new book highlights sourdough in France and we talk about amongst other things how the everyday baguette used to be made with sourdough. Katies rise to food came through her love of writing and a pivot happened after working in the entertainment industry in New York.  Now living in Italy Katie Quinn shares with us all things French bread.
