Summer Series - Regional Specialities

Season Two - Episode Twenty Six

This is the start of our summer series of Fabulously Delicious The French Food Podcast. Of the course of the next few weeks we are going to revisit some episodes from series one of Fabulously Delicious. But we will be focusing on the topic from those episodes and exploring some delicious food and fabulously drinks.

Today it’s Regional Specialities with Elise Botiveau and Vince Cuce. Elise is from the Charente region and told us all about the special cake they make here thats a cross between a cake and a biscuit actually called the Galette Charentaise and then Vince tells us about the Fouée, France’s flat bread.

Fabulously Delicious The French Food Podcast is all about French cuisine and the people that make it, cook it, taste it, write about it, photograph it, and love it. We chat with Franco foodies here in France and around the world.
